Superb villa in quiet location.

The service was first class, had excellent help and support from owners, directions to villa were the best ever had with photographs to show you the route etc.
The villa was superb layout fantastic for more than one family as the rooms were seperate and not next to each other. High class furnishings, facilities excellent just like being at home, really comfortable garage converted into games room. The pool area was fantastic, covered lanni and loveley pool with spa, large sunbathing deck.
The location was ideal, beautiful quiet location about 5mins from I4. Close to all attractions or route to other areas. Communal facilities over the road, conservation all around.
All in all a villa that has more than probably some peoples homes. Would really recommend staying here.

Florida Magic

Stayed at this superb villa during Easter 2011. Ideally located with easy access to Disney, Universal, downtown and Busch Gardens it is a fantastic base for a family break. Due to the heat we tended to spend the morning by the pool before heading off to the parks in mid-afternoon.The villa is fantastically equipped and beautifully furnished however the best part is the open aspect to rear. Sitting by the pool watching alligators, racoons, eagles and all the other wildlife was quite an experience (and free!). The owners were very helpful prior to leaving and go the extra mile mile with little extras like free internet access and information left in the villa. We all had a fab time and sincerely hope we can be accommadated when we return in 2013 (hopefully!). This villa can't be beaten.

A truly great experience

We chose the villa as the photos were so good. We were not disappointed when we arrived, the villa more than met our expectations. The villa was well laid out, the facilities where all of a high standard and we spent more time at the villa than we usually do as it was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area felt private and the outlook kept us fascinated due to the wildlife that we could see at different times of the day. The villa was well located, within easy driving distance from everything we needed. The villa being so good ensured we had a very relaxing holiday- even in the middle of the parks!

A great villa in a great location

I have stayed in about 7 villas in a number of areas in Orlando. Most have been terrific and this also meets my high expectations of space and quality with an added benefit of being one of if not the best location. I spend ages searching villas before finalising my choice.
Close to all the main theme parks, supermarkets and the 192 for reastaurants and shopping. Check out location on Google earth.
Sun available all day long, good sized pool with lake view, watch out for wild life, including ally (as we called him, what else) the alligator.
Owners very nice, good communication and response to questions and fast return of deposit.

A fantastic villa!!

We stayed in May 2011 with my husband and our two children. I can honestly say that this villa is amazing. There is so much competition in Orlando with holiday rentals that we found it difficult, but we made the right choice.
It was so clean and had a lovely welcoming feel to it.
We had loads of fun in the games room, there is even a play station there. There were books and games all for guests to enjoy. My little girl thought it was xmas seeing the amount of toys they had in the Disney bedroom. We didn't need to worry about highchairs, or cots, they have it all. They really have thought of everything! The villa made our holiday so easy, as you can imagine, it can be quite hard with two little ones.
We loved the pool and the sun bathing space is huge!! We had sun all day long! They have loads of pool toys to entertain everyone. I loved the fact that the pool area was private and we could look out onto the lake.It was so relaxing to sit out there at night with the pool all lit up and have a glass of wine.
There was a community pool we took advantage off too. It was lovely with music in the background. They had tennis and basket ball courts always available to be used.
My little girl loved the park. It was all on sand and there were no tears when she fell over!
The location we thought was brilliant... it only took us 10 minutes to get to Disney! There are loads of shops in the area... Posner Park was one we found good.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to re book this villa! We will be returning on our next Disney adventure!!

Just about to head back home after a fantastic two weeks in Florida, we have been here as a family on 6 separate occasions and although we have always stayed in good quality hotels, Disney, Marriott World Resort and so on your villa has spoilt us for hotels in the future. The space, private pool, wildlife and furnishings made this a holiday to remember.

We had a wonderful time, it went by way too fast. Your villa is very, very nice, one of the best we have stayed in. We really like the location (Bridgewater Crossing) and the orientation of the home for sunbathing. It has the largest lanai and pool area, than the rest of the villa's we have used.
