Our Luxury Florida Villa

Our Florida Villa is fully licensed and registered in the state of Florida and managed by a professional management company who ensures that the lawns, pool and property are maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore, a co-ordinator is on 24hr call-out for emergencies.

Lounge

The fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with 32" cable TV, video, HiFi and 2 large 3 seater leather sofas

Kitchen

• The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer, George Foreman Grill, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle etc.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and DVD,  en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe. A cot and high chair are also provided. This bedroom also overlooks the pool, with sliding doors out onto the pool deck.

Also provided is a computer with complementary high speed broadband internet access.

Queen Bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen size bed TV and DVD and fitted wardrobe.

Twin Bedroom

The third bedroom is a twin bedded room, with a TV.

Disney themed Bedroom

The fourth bedroom is a Disney themed bedroom with a three sleeper bunk bed, TV and Playstation 2 with games.

Bathrooms

There are two further bathrooms, one of which can be accessed from the pool deck.

Pool and Pool Deck

Our Florida Villa has a private 30ft south facing pool (which can be heated during the cooler months ) and spa, protected by a fine mesh screen but this does not impair your suntan. The pool is surrounded by a very extensive pool deck (55ft long) with ample space for sunbathing and outdoor entertaining and a lanai (covered area) of 35 ft long. Table and 4 chairs with padded cushions are provided as well as 4 sun loungers again with padded cushions .  The pool furniture has a lifetime guarantee and the cushions have recently been re-stuffed to add to our guests comfort. We also have 3 extra vinyl chairs to add to the table.

On the deck we have a Pool Box full of pool toys, water weights, child life jacket, inflatable toys and a pump to make life easier for Dad!

Under the lanai is a clock facing inwards for guests to keep an eye on the time and another clock facing outwards towards the pool. This clock also gives the temperature and humidity.

The view from the pool deck is amazing. We look directly onto a lake which is linked to all the other lakes in the area. Watch the otter, turtles, birds, fish, racoons etc. In the wooded area behind the lake, guests have even seen a Bob Cat come out to drink. TIP - bring your binoculars - you will not be disappointed! In the evening watch the beautiful sunsets from your very own pool deck.
