BOOKING CONDITIONS (Accommodation only)   

Please read the following terms and conditions before completing the Booking Form.

These Booking Conditions are the sole contract between David and Diane Dyer,

and the persons completing the booking form.  No contract shall exist until we have 

received the deposit and the Booking Form signed by you. This will mean that you 

accept and are legally bound by the terms of the contract.  A provisional booking 

may be made by telephone and will be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of the

Booking form and the deposit.

DEPOSIT.   To reserve our home for you, we require a deposit of £100 per week, which 

will be considered part payment of the total cost and is non-refundable.   Please make 

all cheques payable to  D. Dyer..       

BALANCE.   The balance for the home is due eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival.  We 

reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the balance is not received by this time.   

SECURITY DEPOSIT.  A security deposit of £200 (or US$400.00)is required along with the balance, to 

cover breakages, losses, keys not returned or other damage etc.  If none, this will be 

refunded four weeks after your return.   

RENTAL CHARGES.  The weekly rate is for the home and not per person and is inclusive of 

electricity, water, cable TV and air conditioning   Also included is a Florida Tourist 

taxes of approx. 12 % per rental. Pool heating can be arranged if required.  The pool 

heating surcharge is £95 per week.

INSURANCE.   We strongly recommend that you take out Insurance for cover in the event that

you have to cancel your booking.

   
We cannot be held liable for events beyond our control. e.g. bad weather conditions, 

cancelled flights, illness or for any third party claim, personal injury, accidental damage 

or loss to you, your party or your property or for any medical expenses however incurred.

CHANGES.   If  for some reason your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, we 

will need notification by telephone followed by written confirmation, at least eight weeks 

prior to your arrival after which the following charges will apply -
 

	More than 8 weeks notification - The full deposit will be retained by us.
	Between 4 and 8 weeks notification - 50% of full rental amount payable
	Less than 4 weeks notification - Full rental amount payable

DOCUMENTATION.  All passports, visas and health certificate requirements are your responsibility.

KEY COLLECTION AND DIRECTIONS.   After the balance has been paid, you will receive instructions 

for collecting the key to our home along with directions and location maps, if not already 

received.   

AVAILABILITY.   Our Home will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated 

by 10am on the day of departure. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and will return all 

sums paid (without interest or compensation)

SWIMMING POOL/JACUZZI.  We do not accept any liability for any injury howsoever caused as a 

result of using the swimming pools or Jacuzzis.  No diving is permitted.  Children must be 

supervised by an adult at all times.

PROBLEMS.  If any problems arise with the home, pool or front, side and rear garden, contact our 

management company as soon as the problem arises. 

Instructions for contacting the management company (24 hours) is to be found in the home.

VILLA DESCRIPTIONS.  All descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure 

their accuracy, but no liability will be accepted in the event of any error.
